If you are unsatisified with a product BEFORE RETURNING , please email info@spiritualsapphires.com or submit a form on the contacts page advising the reason for return.

 

RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED- If you have damaged the product yourself a return will not be accepted. If a product is sent back and a return has not been accepted a refund will not be processed.

 

Once return has been verified kindly package the product up in original packaging and send to return address provided.

 

PLEASE NOTE -Failure to send item back in correct packaging may result in no refund or full refund not being given at all.

 

Products must be sent back within 30 days of the date the return request has been accepted.

 

Delivery is 3-4 days
